Traditional Thai Massage, or Thai Yoga Massage, as it is sometimes known, is an ancient healing art dating back more than 2000 years. It is believed to have originated in India and was brought to Thailand at the same time as Buddhism.
The massage takes place on a futon mat on the floor, with the client fully clothed. It works by applying pressure on the energy lines that run through the body, releasing blockages and encouraging the body's natural healing potential. Many yoga-style stretches are also used, improving flexibility and joint mobility.
This treatment will restore health, harmony and balance, and will leave you feeling relaxed, re-energised and rejuvenated!
