Our classes run every day.  If you are not sure about which class to take, please contact us.

Mondays

5:15pm -6:15pm NEW Beginners led Ashtanga with Ali McKinnon
6:15pm-7:30pm Ashtanga led primary/ Mysore intermediate with Siobhan Fitzgerald...until 7th June...then 6:15pm start.
7:30-8:30pm Beginners led Ashtanga general level Practice with Siobhan Fitzgerald....

**please note that during our summer months (until mid August) there will only be one class at 6:15pm which will run until 8:30pm.......this is for Mysore practice (self-practice) all welcome. **

Tuesdays

6:30 - 8:30am Mysore drop in class with Cathy Moran

5:15pm - 6:15pm Led Ashtanga Beginners with Ali McKinnon
6:15pm – 7:30pm Led Ashtanga class intermediate with Cathy Moran
7:30-9pm Beginners led Ashtanga general level Practice with Cathy Moran

Wednesdays
6:30am -8:30am Mysore drop in class with Cathy Moran
12-1pm Ashtanga Hour general level with Cathy Moran (from July)

6-7:30pm Ashtanga led primary general level class with Siobhan Fitzgerald
7:30-8:30pm Ashtanga led primary/Mysore class general level Cathy Moran 

Thursday
6:15 - 7:15pm Yoga and Pilates combo class suitable for during pregnancy with Amy Ku Redler
7:15 - 8:30pm Pilates class with Tor **NEW class starts this August (takiing bookings)

Friday
6:30am -8:30am Mysore drop in class with Cathy Moran

9:30am - 10:30am NEW Yoga Flow with Ali McKinnon from 11th June 2010 (taking bookings)
12-1pm Ashtanga hour general level with Siobhan Fitzgerald New starts this week!! 9th July
5:30pm - 7:00pm Ashtanga foundation teaching block .... next 6wk block starts 9th July with Cathy Moran

Saturday
8:30am - 10:30pm Mysore drop in class with Siobhan Fitzgerald
 

Sundays are for Pilates
11:30am-12:30am   with Anne McGhee.  This is a beginners' block.  Please phone Anne for the improvers classes.
