Foundation - 6 week blocks to give you the grounding you need to begin an Ashtanga yoga practice.

General - Ongoing blocks for anyone with some prior knowledge of a yoga/ashtanga yoga practice.

Intermediate - Full Primary series class for those comfortable with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice.

Mysore - Self-practice with adjustment for all levels from beginner through to advanced practitioners.

Pranayama- breathwork class to develop and understand your own personalised routine using traditional pranayama to enhance your yoga practice, increase energy levels in the body and awareness.

Mondays

  • 6pm-7:30pm Ashtanga led primary Intermediate level with Siobhan Fitzgerald
  • 7:30-8:30pm NEW foundation block starts 22nd February with Siobhan Fitzgerald

Tuesdays

  • 6:15pm – 7:30pm Led Ashtanga class intermediate with Cathy Moran
  • 7:30-9pm Beginners led Ashtanga general level Practice with Cathy Moran

Wednesdays 

  • 6:30am -8:30am Mysore drop in class with Cathy Moran
  • 6-7:30pm Ashtanga led primary general level class with Siobhan Fitzgerald
  • 7:30-8:30pm Ashtanga led primary/Mysore class general level Cathy Moran

Thursday

  • 6:15 - 7:15pm Yoga and Pilates combo class suitable for during pregnancy with Amy Ku Redler
  • 7:30pm - 8:30pm Ashtanga led primary series class ( this new class is subject to numbers booking)

Friday

  • 6:30am -9am Mysore drop in class with Cathy Moran
  • 12-1pm Ashtanga hour general level with Cathy Moran
  • 5pm - 6:30pm Ashtanga foundation teaching block .... next 6wk block starts 19th February with Cathy Moran

Saturday

  • 10:30am - 12:30pm Mysore self-practice Siobhan Fitzgerald
  • 12:30pm-1:30 pm Ashtanga Foundation teaching block ....next 6wk block starts 20th February with  Siobhan Fitzgerald

Sunday

Pilates

  •  11:30am-12:30am .... starts 10th Jan with Anne McGhee...beginners block...please phone Anne for the advanced class due to start in January.

MYSORE

As taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, this method allows for you to commit to your own pace of self -practice having regular adjustments and assistance throughout.

Wednesday and Friday morning Mysore 6:30-9am drop in practice every week.

  • Mysore mornings self-practice 6:30am-8:30am Wednesdays (Judi).
  • Mysore mornings self-practice 6:30am-8:30am Fridays (Cathy).
  • Mysore mornings self-practice 10:30am-12:30am Saturdays (Siobhan).
  • £9 drop in classes or £75 monthly pass

Changes to our current system of booking for all Ashatanga classes will be in place from end of September 09.  It will run as 6 weekly booking slots until Christmas.... these will be detailed over the coming weeks. It will be £48 per block booking for your 6 wks course.



Yoga Glasgow is now available for hire weekends for seminars, workshops and courses.

This beautiful and airy space is a pleasure to work from. We have well maintained facilities and a vegetarian cafe (grassroots below us).... The cafe offers 10% discount to all who use Yoga Glasgow.

Well positioned at Charing Cross makes it easy for all to find and parking in the area is also very good. The room is available during the week for Qualified Therapists who wish to practice alternative therapies in the studio.
