Foundation - 6 week blocks to give you the grounding you need to begin an Ashtanga yoga practice. General - Ongoing blocks for anyone with some prior knowledge of a yoga/ashtanga yoga practice. Intermediate - Full Primary series class for those comfortable with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice. Mysore - Self-practice with adjustment for all levels from beginner through to advanced practitioners. Pranayama- breathwork class to develop and understand your own personalised routine using traditional pranayama to enhance your yoga practice, increase energy levels in the body and awareness. MYSOREAs taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, this method allows for you to commit to your own pace of self -practice having regular adjustments and assistance throughout.
Changes to our current system of booking for all Ashatanga classes will be in place from end of September 09. It will run as 6 weekly booking slots until Christmas.... these will be detailed over the coming weeks. It will be £48 per block booking for your 6 wks course.Yoga Glasgow is now available for hire weekends for seminars, workshops and courses. This beautiful and airy space is a pleasure to work from. We have well maintained facilities and a vegetarian cafe (grassroots below us).... The cafe offers 10% discount to all who use Yoga Glasgow. Well positioned at Charing Cross makes it easy for all to find and parking in the area is also very good. The room is available during the week for Qualified Therapists who wish to practice alternative therapies in the studio. Facilities are already in place!! All enquiries please contact us! |
