I have been doing this work my whole life - 35 years of experience in multidisciplinary wellbeing tools and I know how invaluable training my way has been …….. it will help you get back in control of YOU!

What does Yoga Glasgow offer you?

  • I can work with you one to one - online / in- person, either in Glasgow West End or in Drymen (North of Glasgow).

  • You can request a bespoke wellbeing event - either as a special workshop - or corporate de-stress program

  • For deeper and more immediate personal transformation you can stay North of Glasgow and deep dive into a mini retreat.

** These involve 3 sessions per day, plus Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle analysis, yoga, breath-work, meditation, counselling …. and anything else that you might need that I see fit for your wellbeing.

  • Breath and Yoga Classes have paused from May 2026 - August 2026 - email me if you wish more information - these can be attended live online or in Glasgow West end studio or in my own Home studio North of Glasgow.

  • There are also training courses for Upskilling your tools as a healthcare professional or yoga teacher
