10th August Workshop - Sunshine Yoga Studio - Edinburgh Scotland. 1.30pm - 3:30pm
Pranayama - breathing techniques for stress, anxiety and quieting the mind. Ayurveda, its basic rules for healthy living, food combining laws, identifying the Doshas and how to know when you are out of balance ..... tips to put you back in balance and a little Intro to Self Massage for finishing the workshop with some fun.
